 1. Lost-foam block molding machine use the vacuum, the block's quality is better, cooling faster, that means also save cost efficient. 

2. With the use of PLC { PLC(Japan Mitsubishi) and touch screen (French Schneider) } Controller (Programmable Logic Controller) and Touch Screen, the looping process of opening and closing of the moulds, feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling, demoulding and releasing the final product from the machine will be accomplished automatically;3. The machine is welded from high-quality steel, through heat treatment, strong and durable, ensuring high strength of the machine and bearing the expansion force of the high-density block4. The machine sets up high-pressure blower for suction the material, adopting the theory of penetration forming and cycle of convection cooling, to low moisture content and increase the productivity;5. The machine applies advanced EPS moulding technique and unique designing structure. It is one of leading EPS machines in domestic.

6.The machine adopts high-efficient vacuum system and condensate device to improve moulding speed and reduce the moisture content. Vacuum supported machine is very efficient for making high-density and thick block; 7.Adopting advanced moulding technique,the machine is applicable to produce high-density and low-density block and ensure same quality of inside and outside block; 8.The mould cavity surface is coated with Teflon,ensuring easy de-mould and good finish of the block;
